Validate the logo on the actual T-shirt fabric and color before approving bulk decoration. A trial should check placement, legibility, stretch distortion, hand feel and appearance after the agreed wash procedure. For heat transfers, assess adhesion and cracking; for embroidery, review puckering and reinforcement. Retain the approved artwork and decorated sample so that bulk inspection has a clear reference.
