A jogger specification should define the rise, seat, thigh, knee and lower-leg dimensions as well as the waist and inseam. Include the relaxed and extended waistband measurements, cuff or hem opening, pocket placement and measuring method. Review these dimensions together on a worn sample so that a change in taper does not unintentionally restrict the calf or alter the rise.
