A filled baffle prototype should demonstrate the intended chamber shape, filling distribution and finished silhouette. Review whether filling can migrate between areas and whether seams or chamber geometry create thin spots. Assess movement and appearance on the worn sample, then confirm the baffle dimensions and construction details. Do not substitute an unfilled flat pattern for approval of the insulated assembly.
