What is the duration (lead time) for receiving my wholesale apparel order?

Our integrated supply chain ensures efficient delivery: Samples: 7–12 days. Bulk Production: 30–45 days after PP (Pre-Production) sample approval. Shipping: Depends on the method (Air: 3-7 days, Sea: 25-35 days). Note: For re-orders of running styles, we can shorten production to 20 days.*

Do you accommodate rush orders for wholesale apparel?

Yes, we do.Since we own our manufacturing lines, we can adjust schedules for urgent projects (e.g., for Black Friday or seasonal launches). Please contact our sales team immediately to discuss your deadline and feasibility.

Can I track my order once it’s shipped?

What is the cancellation policy for wholesale apparel orders?

Before Fabric Cutting: Full refund (minus any banking or development costs already incurred). After Fabric Cutting/Production Starts: We cannot refund the deposit as materials have been processed. Conclusion: We always confirm every detail via a Proforma Invoice (PI) and PP Sample to prevent the need for cancellation.
